This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Springfield. I moved from Colorado, which IMO has the best Mexican eateries, and Cinco De Mayo rivals them. The food is always fresh, and their guacamole is absolutely THE best I've ever had anywhere. Their seafood options are amazing and creative. Each serving is presented like a party on the beach. Their employees are the finest I've encountered. Visit a few times and they will have your order down! Taco Tuesday here offers the best pricing and makes eating out affordable and fun. Their salsa has a pleasant kick but isn't so spicy it's uncomfortable. They have plenty of parking and a lovely outdoor patio with festive lighting. I highly recommend Cinco De Mayo.
